To ensure that all golfers enjoy their experience at the Island Golf Club, players are asked to move swiftly and obey the Course Ranger at all times.
All confirmations will be sent in writing by fax or email.
In the event of course closure, where the Management deems the course unplayable, al alternative date will be offered (based on availablity) or payment will be refunded in full.
Failure to keep an appointed tee time will result in full forfeiture of pre-payment. Refunds will not be issued.
Please note the dress code for the Island Golf Club is Smart-Casual. No trainers or jeans are allowed. No baseball caps are allowed in the clubhouse.
Please note: A medical cert is now required for all buggy reservations for both members and visitors. Buggies are only reserved for those with a certified medical need.
Caddies are on a request basis only and cannot be guaranteed. The caddy rate is €40 euro per bag for a caddy plus tip. We will be able to confirm your caddy request approximately 2 weeks beforehand.
Please note: If caddies are requested in advance and no longer required, advance notice of at leat 48 hours must be given to the club of cancellation of caddy request, otherwise caddies reserved must be taken. If you wish to cancel caddy requests, please contact the club office Monday to Friday 8:30 to 4:30 on 01-8436205 or email: cathy@theislandgolfclub.com. At all other times, please contact the proshop on 01-8435002.
Using your credit card is a secure way to pay for your golf. All personal details as well as credit card information are kept confidential. Credit card payments are processed through the use of a secure service provider - Realex Payments (www.realexpayments.com)
Our cancellation policy is two weeks in advance of reservation date. If a reservation is cancelled within two weeks of reservation date the deposit is forfeited, however if a reservation is cancelled two weeks in advance of reservation date the deposit is refunded.
